2. Too much tension:

3. There are debris left on the synchronous belt:
Be careful if it contains vegetable oils and other stains, because the stains contain compounds that can enter the timing belt and damage the material structure.

4. The synchronous pulley is not aligned:

5. The lengths of the synchronous belts are not equal: if the lengths of a row of belts are not equal, the tension force on each synchronous belt will be different, and some will slip or the tension will be too large, so that the synchronous belt Wear occurs. Therefore, be sure to use the same type of synchronous belt when using it.

6. The wheel groove of the synchronous pulley is worn:
If the synchronous pulley is used for too long, the wear of the groove edge will increase, and the angle will be incorrect. The synchronous belt will touch the bottom end of the groove. In order to drive the machine, the tension must be increased.
