The vulcanized rubber timing belt is composed of finely produced neoprene imported from Japan, and is composed of a variety of auxiliary materials. It has the characteristics of good dynamic flexibility, good crack resistance, excellent ozone performance, aging resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance and so on!
When the timing belt is running, pay attention to the following steps:
1. Turn off the power supply, dissolve the protective cover, install the anchor screws under the motor of the rotating work frame, and move the motor back and forth, left and right.
2. Move the motor to make the timing belt slack enough to remove the belt easily. Never use tools to pry non-standard timing belts.
3. Remove the old timing belt and check for abnormal wear. Excessive damage will mean problems with the transmission design or maintenance.
4. Select a suitable high-quality synchronous belt to replace, and check whether each synchronous pulley is on the same plane.
5. Clean the timing belt and timing belt: use a small amount of evaporating liquid to wipe the cloth, do not penetrate the detergent or clean the timing belt with detergent, no need to polish sandpaper or wipe the cloth with sharp objects. Timing belts must be kept dry before installation.
6. Check whether the rubber timing belt is cracked or worn. The simpler way is to use the Gates wheel groove measuring tool to check. If the wear is excessive, the timing pulley must be replaced.
7. Check the rest of the transmission components, such as bearing symmetry, durability and lubrication.
8. For transmissions using multiple synchronous belts, all synchronous belts must be replaced at one time. If only one belt is replaced in the multi-synchronous belt drive, the new belt will be loose and available, but the remaining old belt will be excessively loose, and most of the output power will only be borne by the new belt, resulting in the initial damage of the new belt. .
9. Tighten the center distance of the transmission device, turn the driving wheel several times by hand, and use the synchronous belt tension measuring instrument to check whether the tension is appropriate.
10. Tighten the mounting bolts of the motor to the specified torque. Replace the protective cover.
11. It is recommended to take a trial run procedure. This procedural flow starts the conveyor, operates at full load and terminates, periodically checking the recommended values for adjusting tension. The operation of the rubber timing belt under full load can make the timing belt fit with the wheel groove. Run the belt for at least one hour if possible for 24 hours. The commissioning procedure reduces the number of subsequent re-tensionings.
