What are the specific reasons why the motor overheating may be caused by the rubber timing belt?

In the whole process of industrialized production, the over-temperature condition of the industrial transmission belt motor is often caused. If the motor is found to be over-temperature, it will immediately harm the transmission of the timing belt, damage the production and reduce the work efficiency. In the process, the common failure or damage of the timing belt is not easy to occur, but due to the harm of some factors, the over-temperature of the motor of the machinery and equipment, in terms of the specific reasons for the overheating of the motor, mainly include the following:

(1) Unavailable motor: Because the applied motor is not available, if the proportion of the material produced exceeds that of the motor, the motor will be overheated during the transmission system.
(2) The packing gland is too firm: If the packing gland of the industrial timing belt is too firm, it will affect the normal operation and heat dissipation effect of the motor, and then cause the motor to overheat.
(3) Excessive tightening of the mechanical seal: If the mechanical seal is tightened too much, the operating burden of the synchronous belt will increase. Under such conditions, the motor will sometimes overheat.
(4) The assembly quality of the pump is not good: If the equipment of the timing belt is used, the assembly quality of the pump is not good, especially if there is friction or the motor and the pump shaft are not concentric, the problem of the motor running is very easy.
(5) The connection effect between the pulley and the shaft is not good: if there is a certain transmission gap when the synchronous belt is connected with the shaft, it will affect the normal operation of the pulley and cause the motor to overheat.
