Solution
1. Do not kink the belt, install a wide belt or a large pulley, increase the diameter of the pulley or wide belt, remove foreign objects, and tighten correctly;
2. Correctly tension, install belts with larger width and higher power transmission/increase the size of synchronous belt and pulley size, check the belt type, and change it if necessary.
Change;
3. Replace the synchronous pulley;
4. Re-align the shaft, replace the pulley flange, strengthen the bearing or chassis;
5. Replace the flange pulley, re-align the pulley/shaft, correct the tension, remove foreign objects, install the protective cover, check the cutting device and belt guide.
